The evening starts at the Mei Rose Rooftop Bar & Bistro on the 8th floor. Make sure to arrive in good time before your meal so you can relax with your drink.

SHARING MENU – 3 SERVINGS
After enjoying your welcome drink, you are invited to Mei Rose Rooftop Bistro. Our rooftop restaurant offers Chinese-inspired flavors and vibrant culinary artistry in an ambiance that echoes the neon-lit backstreets of Hong Kong.

This menu changes with the seasons to ensure the best quality ingredients. In true Chinese tradition, you’ll gather around the table with large, delightful dishes placed at the center for everyone to share. This style of dining is called "sharing."

We aim to provide you with the ultimate Mei Rose experience by serving a curated selection of our finest dishes. Adjustments can be made to accommodate allergies or dietary requirements.

Prepare for a flavor explosion from the very first bite!

Time: At 18:10. Make sure you are on time. When you arrive at the restaurant, give the name of the person who made the booking and your room number.
Note: Drinks with your meal are not included in the price, and can be purchased separately. No dinner for children age 0-2.
